Windows VISTA is an operating system. You cannot hide/disguise windows XP to look like VISTA, as far as I know.

Yes you can. He did this with a patch he found in some forum around.
So my XP has the same looks of Vista, as you can see in the pic I posted.
But it's just the looks, my OS is still XP.
